How to Contact the QuantPilot Support Team

Learn how to contact the QuantPilot team, report issues, share feedback, or ask for help.

QuantPilot users can contact the team through the Help Center chat widget, in-app support widget, email, and official community channels. Use this article to choose the best contact option depending on what you need help with.

Via Help Center or in-app chat widget

  • Choose one of the available options, such as:

    • I have a question

    • I found a bug

    • I want to ask for a new feature

  • Then type your question, issue, or feedback.

Via Feedback button

  • You can send feedback from inside QuantPilot using the Feedback button in the left sidebar.

  • Use this option to share:

    • product feedback

    • feature requests

    • comments about the service

    • improvement ideas

    • issue reports

  • This is useful when your message is related to your QuantPilot experience but does not require an urgent support reply.

Via email

  • You can contact QuantPilot Support by email: [email protected]

  • When emailing support, include as much detail as possible so the team can check your request faster.

  • For issue reports, include:

    • your QuantPilot account email

    • a short description of the issue

    • steps to reproduce the issue

    • screenshots or screen recordings, if available

    • the strategy, research project, or page where the issue happened

    • the date and time when the issue happened

Official community channels

  • You can also follow or contact QuantPilot through official community channels.

  • Community channels are useful for general updates, product discussions, and community questions.

  • For account issues, technical problems, bugs, billing questions, or anything involving personal account details, contact QuantPilot Support through the Help Center widget, in-app support widget, or email instead.

Important

  • QuantPilot team members and support agents will never ask you to share sensitive information in public community chats.

  • Do not share:

    • passwords

    • private keys

    • seed phrases

    • exchange API secrets

    • personal account information

    • payment information

    • private strategy details that you do not want to make public

  • Be careful with direct messages from people claiming to be QuantPilot team members. Scammers may impersonate support agents or community moderators.

  • If someone contacts you first and asks for private information, do not share anything. Use the official support options listed in this article instead.
